Victor A. Toce, CPG, President - Victor Toce started his career at Tenneco Oil Co. Inc. in 1981, where he worked as a geologist in both the Exploration and Production departments for the Gulf of Mexico division. In 1988, upon Chevron’s acquisition of Tenneco, Victor joined Paul Toce, and, in 1997, Victor formed Toce Energy L.L.C. Victor Toce is a proven oil and gas explorationist with discoveries and development of reserves in the Gulf of Mexico with Tenneco and in South Louisiana as an independent. Mr. Toce supervises all departments of Toce Energy including Geology, Geophysics, Land, Drilling, Production, Accounting, and Legal. Mr. Toce received his B.S. in Geology - Professional from Louisiana State University in December, 1980. He is also registered as a Certified Petroleum Geologist with the American Association of Petroleum Geologists.
Ricky J. Dupuis, CPL, Vice President-Land - Mr. Dupuis began his career as an independent land consultant in 1978, continuing until 1999 when he joined Toce Energy, L.L.C. as Land Manager. He was associated with a Lafayette, Louisiana land consulting firm for 17 years and then 5 years as an independent. With Toce, Mr. Dupuis’ responsibilities include preparation of letter and operating agreements, contracts, supervision of lease acquisition and records, preparation of division of interest, negotiations and relationships with landowners, mineral owners and working interest partners, coordination with abstracters and title attorneys regarding drillsite title opinion preparation and curative, and supervision of contract landmen conducting field work. Mr. Dupuis received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southwestern Louisiana (now University of Louisiana at Lafayette) in 1977. He also received the Certified Professional Landman designation in August, 1989. Mr. Dupuis is a longstanding member of both the American Association of Professional Landmen and the Lafayette Association of Professional Landmen.
Stephen H. Seré, Vice President-Engineering- Mr. Seré began his career as a petroleum engineer with Union Oil Company of California in 1972. Mr. Seré worked in drilling, reservoir and production engineering office and field assignments in Louisiana and Texas onshore, inland, state and federal waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Mr. Seré resigned from Union Oil as a drilling superintendent in June 1978 and continued his career in management of drilling and production operations with industry independents and as an operations consultant prior to joining Toce Energy, L.L.C. in October 2013. Mr. Seré is responsible for drilling and production operations including well planning, AFE preparation, project management, supervision of contract drilling and production personnel, operational contracts and optimization of operating costs. Mr. Seré received his B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Southwestern Louisiana (now University of Louisiana at Lafayette) in 1972. Mr. Seré is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the American Association of Drilling Engineers.
Virginia “Ginny” K. Peck-Land Assistant and Assistant Corporate Secretary for Toce Energy, L.L.C. in Lafayette, Louisiana. Ginny Peck began her career in the petroleum industry in 1975 as a land secretary with Service Right-of-Way, a consulting land company. In 1978, Ginny went to work as a land assistant for the Lafayette, Louisiana office of Hilliard Oil & Gas, Inc. of Menlo Park, California. Ms. Peck joined Toce in 1986 as Land Assistant. Ms. Peck supports the Toce Land Manager and her responsibilities include processing and maintaining leases; drafting and processing agreements, assignments, division orders and other documents; and managing Land Department correspondence, filing and record maintenance. Ginny also provides office management support to senior managers Paul Toce and Victor Toce and corporate governance support in her capacity as Assistant Corporate Secretary of Toce. In 1974, Ms. Peck was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Medical Technology from University of Southwestern Louisiana (now University of Louisiana at Lafayette).
Carole H. Credeur, Accounting -Ms. Credeur heads Accounting Administration and has 48+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry. She has been employed with Toce Energy, L.L.C. since 1997, and was previously employed with Kerr-McGee Corporation, Norman Industries, Inc., and Tenneco Oil Company. She has an Associate Degree in Executive Administration. Her responsibilities with Toce include maintaining the OGSYS accounting system for input and distribution of accounts payables and receivables, joint interest billing, royalty revenue distribution, AFE costs for company operated projects, and bank reconciliation for Toce operating, revenue and payroll accounts. She also prepares payroll checks for employees and files the monthly and quarterly federal and state tax forms. Carole works closely with the consulting CPA, Stephen Arsement, on yearly tax information, W2’s and 1099’s. In addition to the above, she maintains the personal accounts and correspondence for Paul Toce. Carole also serves as Corporate Secretary for Toce Energy, L.L.C.
Jennifer J. Robért, Production Analyst - Ms. Robért began her career in the Non-Destructive Testing field in 1987 with Eagle Oilfield Inspection Services. While employed at this company, she received her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southwestern Louisiana (now the University of Louisiana at Lafayette). In 1995, she went to work for Delta Inspection as a District Manager of the Broussard office and in August of 2000, Ms. Robért was one of the co-founders of Inspection Services of America, still operating in Broussard today. In May of 2008, Ms. Robért joined the staff of Toce Energy, L.L.C. In addition, she is an active member of the Desk and Derrick Club of Lafayette. Ms. Robérts’ responsibilities include well permitting and well production monitoring. She is responsible for reporting to investors and state and federal governments in all aspects concerning drilling and production.
Paul M. Toce- Paul Toce started his career as an exploration geologist with Shell Oil in 1954 working the South Louisiana, Gulf Coast basin. In 1958 he joined Southwest Gas, an independent firm operating in Louisiana. Three years later he worked for Bradco Oil, a small independent firm again specializing in South Louisiana. He began drilling and operating wells as Paul M. Toce in 1962. Paul Toce has spent his extensive career finding and developing numerous oil and gas fields in South Louisiana. Paul Toce received his B.S. in Geology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette (formerly South Louisiana Institute) in 1954.
